All our Survey Reports are sent by email to you as Adobe Acrobat pdf files. Not only is this ecologically friendly, faster and better value for you, but our clients have found it easier to use - extracting the bits they want to show perhaps their builder or solicitor, rather than sending their bound paper copy.
But if you can not receive or use digital copies, we will be happy to send you a bound printed copy by post instead. Just tick the special box when accepting your terms of engagement.
Statutory reports however, such as Party Wall Awards and notices, can only be served in paper form, which we supply at no extra charge. In larger Schedules it is now common for surveyors to use many digital photographs in an appendix. These we burn onto a disc and include in the report for your archive.
