Feedback for House Purchase Surveys helps build a better survey report

Woodward Chartered Surveyors invite all their customers who book and pay for their survey on line (we are one of the few surveyors to take credit card payments) to provide feedback on all aspects of their exerience.

Woodward Chartered Surveyors invite all their customers who book and pay for their survey on line (we are one of few surveyors to take credit card payments to ease customers cash flow) to provide feedback on all aspects of their exerience.

This gives helpful input as we bring new types of survey to the market and provide useful information to customers.  One such improvement is the addition of video clips with our chief surveyor Stephen Cornish, to help customers understand which survey they need.

5/5 Star Rating for our House Purchase Survey

This feedback also allows customers to give a 5 * rating.  Our average for May 2013 is 4.5 out of 5, the lowest is a very satisfied 3*, with the majority 5 out of 5.

PD of Nothwood Hills (between Pinner in Middlesex and Northwood in Hertfordshire) writes today:

"I was able to book survey at short notice. I was able to receive verbal feedback straight away, an email report, followed swiftly by printed report. The service was excellent. I know this mainly from poor reports about delays at all stages of the process from friends who have used other companies. Also the receptionist was able to identify me straight away and put me through the the correct person. I have already recommended the company, but fear that for some it was too late!"
