On the 10 November 2023 Stephen Cornish, director at Woodward Chartered Surveyors, received from the President of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors an award for his “hard work, service, and dedication to the Faculty.” Stephen writes articles, presents podcasts, lectures, and training courses on party wall matters. He is regularly called upon as a Third Surveyor to resolve party wall disputes between neighbours and surveyors.
