Comments Kate Farrar was the surveyor - she spoke to me before the survey on the telephone to listen to my concerns. The survey appears to have been very complete. After the survey I telephoned for a little more of her expert opinion and she was extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any friends requiring a house purchase survey.
