Woodward Chartered Surveyors take customer feedback very seriously. It is how we develop new innovative products that better suit client’s needs; for instance the option for a home buyer of having a House Purchase Survey and Flat Purchase Survey with or without a valuation.
This is why each customer booking online is asked to rate us on a 5 Star system. Those that did, for the whole of 2013 gave us an unbelievable 4.746 out of 5. A 94.92% satisfaction rating, which we are quite chuffed with.
But, we do not rest on our laurels. 2014 will bring further development in our Party Wall Department and we are constantly fine tuning all our Building Surveys and Structural Reports to keep pace with new products, techniques, legislation and precedent. We also hold seminars for our surveyors each month as part of our Life-Long-Learning programme, of which Managing Director Stephen Cornish FRICS is rightly proud.
